Our Spring Drink Menu

About our bar…

At Siren & Sailor, community is at the heart of everything we aim to do. So it only felt right that the person leading our bar is someone who truly knows and loves this place we call home.

That’s where Caroline, our bar manager, comes into play. After many years in the industry here on the island, she brings deep local roots, warm energy, and a genuine passion for making every guest feel welcome. All of this, is why you’ll find her at the helm of the bar.
